This is a view of the Vlatava river towards the northeast. On the right side of the river is the old jewish quarter . The row of nice buildings on the left contains the hotel I stayed at (the yellow one, second from the left). |
This view is of the bridges on the Vlatava looking south from the steeple of St. Vitas Cathederal within the Prague palace. |
Looking up at the terraces leading to Hradcany (Prague Palace) through the grounds of an embassy. Note the sculpture that appears to be floating in air. |
I rented the "Palace View Suite" and that is exactly what I got as this picture is from the room. |
Lots of street signs. I had little trouble finding my way around Prague due mostly to the topography and abundance of landmarks. |
This is the famous "Black Cross" at the midspan of the Saint Charles bridge. This was the first of many statues that line this beautiful gothic style pedestrian bridge. |
As you will see from the amount of photos that I took of this city I was totally charmed by it. This is one of many pictures of Saint Vitas Cathedral (south facade). |

Everywhere you look in old town Prague you can find some interesting artwork. |
